This week we’re going to break from regular protocol and actually have two posts. This post is short and sweet though and mostly to serve as a reminder to get your questions in about how to handle your clients, client questions, and client experience during this crazy time. Some fantastic questions have already been submitted and I’m excited to get you the answers you need! But if you haven’t had a chance to submit your questions yet, you can still do that here.
So far the most votes are going for a pre-recorded video. If that’s how it ends up, expect to receive a link to that in the additional post at the end of this week. You can also expect even more help, but from outside sources. This week I’m going to be searching through everything I can to curate a collection of outside blog posts, podcasts, articles, etc. to get you all the help you need to decrease the blow of this as much as possible, and then get yourself moving as quickly as possible once its over.
