This Year, Gift Your Clients a Great Experience

First of all, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I don’t know about you but I definitely ate all the turkey, pumpkin pie, and hash brown casserole that I could possibly handle. So, I’m ready to say goodbye to Thanksgiving and hello to Christmas cookies, hot chocolate, and finding the perfect gift.

Podcast Guest on the Business of Design

Second, very exciting news to share! I was recently featured as a guest on Kimberley Seldon’s amazing podcast, Business of Design. On the show Kimberley and I chat about how to take care of gifting to clients, tradesmen, and employees. What to do, what not to do, and loads of gift ideas. And of course a bit of information on delivering the client service experience. What your top three priorities should be, where it can all go wrong, and so much more.
