Email Coaching

Have just a few simpler questions on how to provide your clients with a spectacular experience? Then email coaching is a great option for you. Here are just some of the topics that are great via email:

  • Advice on how to begin building profiles for client interests, hobbies, etc.

Here’s How Email Coaching Works:

  1. Once you’ve purchased your coaching, you’ll immediately receive an email with a link to your questionnaire 
  2. Fill out the questionnaire, letting me know all that you need assistance with.
  3. 2 business days after, you’ll receive expert answers to your questions  
  4. You get 1 “Follow Up” email to further clarify or drill down on the questions you already asked.

Video Call Coaching

Are your questions a bit more in depth and you need quite a bit of guidance? Then video coaching is the perfect fit for you. We can work through what you need together face to face via video conference, to make sure you get the answers you need. Here are some great topics that are great via video coaching:

  • How to get your employees engaged and empowered to begin, and maintain, delivering a high end service experience
  • How to handle a serious client incident without damaging the relationship you have
  • Why you’re having the same client issues repeatedly
  • Feedback on the goals and ideas you have for upgrading your client experience

Here’s How Video Coaching Works: 

  1. Once you’ve purchased your coaching, you’ll immediately receive an email with a link to your questionnaire 
  2. Fill out the questionnaire, letting me know all that you need assistance with.
  3. 1 business day after you’ve submitted your questionnaire, you’ll receive a calendar link to book your call  
  4. After booking, you’ll be sent a link for you to join the call at our scheduled time
  5. Receive the recorded version of the video call 1 business day after the call

$125 for 30 minutes or $200 for 1 hour
