Learn How to Deliver an Exceptional, Profitable, Stand Out Client Experience.
Delivering an exceptional client experience is about knowing what clients want, what they need, and how to deliver both. But knowing how to do that amongst your million other tasks as a designer, can often seem like an impossible mission. But it isn’t. It’s something you can do. And something you need to focus on.
Because the client experience is just as important as your ability to design. Clients will remember, and tell friends and family (and the internet), two things. How beautiful the space is. And how good (or bad) the client experience was. That’s it.
LuAnn Nigara – “Ashley Uhl Consulting specializes in helping designers deliver a high end service experience and transition to the next level of success. This is one #smartlady who specifically consults for interior designers which means she understands you, your business, and your clients.”

A MEMORABLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE BENEFITS EVERYONE
Delivering a great client experience isn’t just about making things better for the client. It’s also about making things better for you, the designer. It’s about helping you lead the project, the client, the firm. It’s about giving you the confidence to communicate clearly with clients and allows you to gain the kind of trust that you know leads to the best outcome for the project.
When you deliver an exceptional experience, the design industry doesn’t seem so crowded anymore.
There are a lot of designers. A lot. And standing out can be a huge challenge. But when you deliver an exceptional client experience, it’s not nearly as crowded. Because very, very few firms are able to consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.
They don’t know what a great client experience looks like, how to deliver it, and struggle to maintain it alongside the interior design business. Or even say, “This isn’t for me. This is only for those million dollar firms.” But it doesn’t have to be that hard. You can learn it. You can be one of the few.
You just have to make the effort.
To stand out, you have to be willing to do something different.
It is possible to learn what clients want and need from you, how you can provide it to them, and how to do it in a way that actually makes you more efficient. It is possible. You just need someone to show you how. And I’m here to do exactly that.
